About The Publisher
My name is Jeremy Helmer, I am the owner of Local FAVS Media. My wife, son and myself moved from New Orleans to Lynn Haven back in 2009. We spent several weeks in Bay County with family in 2004 during Hurricane Katrina and fell in love with the area.
Soon after moving to Lynn Haven I needed to figure out what my passion was, exactly what I wanted to do to earn an income to take care of my family and something I would enjoy at the same time. We previously owned several businesses back in New Orleans and I was a General Contractor & Licensed Realtor during that time. With all of the different things I was involved in, advertising was always important. So we decided to start our magazine and never looked back.
Over the years, between meeting with clients & coaching basketball at Lynn Haven Rec, Fusion and Covenant Christian Academy, I have met many wonderful people and have made many friends in this great town!
We look forward to many more great years to come!!
